These zucchini chips are a nice healthy alternative to store bought snacks and can be a money saving option for us frugal shoppers. I’m a big fan of simple ingredients and recipes.
All this recipe calls for is zucchini and olive oil. It doesn’t get any simpler than that. Our one year old just loves zucchini for some reason and these can be put in a small container for travel, so it’s pretty perfect for us.
This snack can be made in conventional oven or with a food dehydrator. (Yes, its finally time to break out the RONCO food dehydrator and Veg-o-matic!!!! Thanks to the magic of Ron Popeil we can all enjoy dehydrated food made at home.)
