I never take the time to make a pie crust because we have the benefit of the pie crusts being made already on the store shelves. However, when done right, you really can taste and see a difference. Nothing beats scratch in my opinion. This year, I will have the time since I”m not hosting to go a little nuttier with my pie making. I love the look of these pretty leaves adorning the pie.
